Abstract
This is the annual research program plan of Social Economy Research Cluster (SERC) 1 of the BC-Alberta Social Economy Research Alliance (BALTA). SERC 1's mandate includes both affordable housing and human/social services. The research priorities reflect a balance of both issues as well as several cross-cutting issues.
